Who is HYDR8?
Founded in New York City in 2017, HYDR8 understands the challenges of creating a sustainable and profitable business in a fast-paced, modern environment. Our mission is to deliver sustainable office solutions—from office water and ice machines to zero waste solutions—that help you prioritize staff and patron well-being while reducing your carbon footprint without the excessive indirect costs associated.
HYDR8 WATER TECHNOLOGY
Not all water filtration is created equal. Most providers install one or two basic filters and call it a day. Every HYDR8 water machine is built with up to five stages of advanced filtration, plus self-cleaning technology that keeps your water clean long after it passes through the filters.
From Source to Sip: The HYDR8 Filtration Process
Every drop passes through up to 6 stages before it reaches your glass.

HYDR8 Water
Up to 5 Stages of Filtration
Every machine starts with a sediment filter and pre-carbon block filter to remove dirt, silt, chlorine, and chemicals. From there, we add targeted filtration based on your water conditions, including lead and cyst removal, reverse osmosis for high dissolved solids, and activated carbon refinement. We test your water and build the right setup for your location.
Ozone and UV Tank Sanitization
Filtration is only half the equation. After water passes through the filters, it sits in a holding tank before it reaches your glass. Our machines use ozone (O3) or ultraviolet light to continuously sanitize the internal tank, preventing bacteria and biofilm from building up between filter changes.
Remineralization and Alkalinity
Want more than just clean water? Our optional Invigor8 Boost™ filter adds healthy electrolytes, including potassium, calcium, and magnesium, back into your water while increasing alkalinity. It does not remove anything. It only adds the good stuff back in.
What to Ask Your Current Provider
Most water filtration companies install a sediment filter, sometimes a carbon block filter, and stop there. That removes visible particles and chlorine, but it does not address lead, mercury, arsenic, or micro-plastics.
Over time, the contaminants that pass through basic filtration build up inside and outside the machine. This leads to more frequent service calls, degraded machine performance, and water quality issues you can actually see: floating white, brown, or black particles, or cloudiness in your drinking water.
If your current provider cannot tell you exactly how many filtration stages are in your machine and what each one removes, it may be time for a conversation.
